Grant in frankalmoign to the Provost and College of Eton of a mansion in Eton wherein John Spicer, clerk of the parish, late dwelt, which mansion was built by John Moddyng, deceased, on a parcel of the 1.5 acres granted to him by the King 9 December 1441, and was surrendered to the King by John Wolfe, Hugh Dyer and Richard Burton. Given at Westminster by the King.
