Grant by John atte More of Braye to William son of Henry de Elyntone, in free marriage with Christine his daugther, of a messuage with a curtilage and new houses built thereupon in Elynton, in the parish of Braye, as a certain William Druery held of the grantor yearly at farm, between the messuage late of William le Hurt and the tenement of William de la Reye; and the homage and service which William de la Reye did for his lands in Elynton; and 6 acres of arable, of which 1 acre is in Stretforlong adjoining the path leading to Bogyndon and extending at one end on to the King's way, 1½ acres in Sledforlonge between land of John le Gynfull and of Walter atten Elme, 1 acre in Eya in the cultura called Suthlongfur adjoining land late of William de Lok on the west, ½ acre in the same cultura adjoining land late of Richard de Bogyndon on the west, ½ acre in the cultura in Estingbrokesmed between land late of William de Lok and land late of Roger le Franceys, 1½ acres in le Eldelonde between the grantor's land and that of the said William de Lok; also 2 acres of meadow, to wit, all he had in demesne in le Fordlese and Donnemed. Rent 12d silver. With reversion to the grantor if the grantees die without heirs.
