Indenture of lease by William de Elintone to Robert the Baker (Pistor) of Maydenhuthe, of a tenement, between a tenement of William atte Reye and a tenement formerly belonging to Robert le Hert, in Braye, from Michaelmas next for six years. Rent 20s silver. The grantor to mend all the defects in the houses and to repair a bake-house suitable for the work of the grantee, and the grantee to maintain the houses in as good a state as he received them.
Witnesses: Stephen ate Felde, Nicholas Basset, Richard ate Wode, William le Bail, William at Reye, Walter Beneyt.
Elintone the Sunday before the feast of St Peter in Cathedra 5 Edward II.
