Grant by William le Bayl, of Cokham, to John le Coupere, citizen of London, of 1½ acres of arable lying together in the field of Cokham between land of William de Kenebelle on the west and of Alice the grantor's mother, which she holds as dower of his tenement, on the east abutting on the south on Lancroftesheges and on the north on the cultura of Langindene. Rent 3d silver.
