Indented covenant, whereby William de Elintone and Christine, his wife, lease to Robert le Devenyshe and Maud, his wife, a tenement etc., between a tenement of William ate Reye on the west, a tenement of Willliam le Palmere on the east, a tenement of Thomas Ive and Isabel, his wife, on the south and the King's street which runs through the middle of the town of Meydenhuth on the north; also 6 acres of arable, of which one lies in the cultura called Bouestrete near a green path, one and a half in the cultura called Bynethe Strete, two in the field called Le Reye, one and a half in the field called Le Eldelond, in Braye. From Michaelmas for 10 years. Rent 27s silver. The tenants to keep the premises in repair. For the greater security the said William binds himself, his heirs, his lands and his goods.
