Grant by Gunnild, formerly wife of William le Palmere, of Maydenhuthe, to Alice her daughter of a shop attached to her tenement in Suthelynton in Braye, and of an acre in Cokham, whereof the shop is situated between the tenement aforesaid of the grantor on the east and a messuage, which William Jurdan senior holds by her grant on the west, extending to the south on a place of land of the tenement aforesaid and to the north on the King's way leading through the middle of the vill of Suthelynton; and the acre lies in a field called Langenden between land of John de Mereworthe on the east and of John de London on the west. To hold for the life of the said Alice. Rent 2d silver.
