Witnesses: William de Elyntone, William de Waledene, Henry de Pynkeny, William le Squyer, Alexander de Babeham, William de Babeham, John Sewy, Thomas Ferthyng, Andrew de Odeneye, clerk.

Seal, oval, 22 x 19 mm, natural coloured wax, on doubled tag. A man on a galloping horse.
