Quitclaim by Robert atte Broke, of La Hurst, and Christine his wife to Henry le Barber, of Maydenhuthe, of all his right in an acre and a half in a cultura called le Langefur, between land of William le Hosebonde on the north and land formerly belonging to John Togod on the south, extending to the west upon land of William le Kenebelle and to the east upon the King's street, which leads from Suthelynton towards Cokham, in Cokham.
Witnesses: William le Hosebonde, John de Mereworthe, John le Taverner, William de Kenebelle, Robert le Devenysshe, Andrew de Odeneye, clerk.
Cokham.
Two seals, round, natural coloured wax, on doubled tags.
