Cookham, Bray and Maidenhead, Berkshire: Grant of land

Grant by William son of William Godefray, of Cokham, and Agnes, his wife, to Roger Osebarn, of the same, and Joan, his wife, of three acres, lying singly, of which one lies in a field called Stanlynch between land, which William Godefray, senior, holds of the inheritance of the grantor by the law of England on the east, and the land of the said William in a field called le Lee on the west, one in a field called le Dene between land of the said William Godefray, senior, on the south and land of William Osmond on the north, and one in a field called Cokmershunddone between land of the said Roger on either hand, extending to the east upon the pasture called Cokmersh and to the west upon land of sir Herbert de Sancto Quyntino, Chivaler, in Cokham. To hold for their lives, with remainder after the decease of both to Richard their son, then to John his brother, then to the right heir of Roger.
