Grant by Henry de Elynton to Simon de Sherston of a rent in Maydenhuythe, viz. 10s issuing from a tenement, which Maud Hereforde now inhabits, and 8s issuing from a tenement between a tenement of Hugh de Berewyk and of the said Maud in Maydenhuythe, and of two acres of meadow, which fall to the grantor annually by lot in the meadow called Le Fordlese.
