Indenture of release by Henry, first-born son and heir of William de Elynton, of Cokham, to Robert de Wodemancote, of Cokham, father of the grantor's wife Margaret, and Emma, his wife, for the term of their lives, of 20s silver rent from the lands and tenements of the said Robert in Cokham.
Witnesses: Alexander de Babeham, John atte More, Richard de Abyndon, William de Pynkeny, John atte Lude, John Dysmars, John Squyer, clerk.

Seal, round, 18mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Armorial, two crowned lions rampant facing one another. Three stars on each side of the shield and a floral border.
