Grant by John de Morton and Katherine, his wife, to William Lutecok, of Cokham, and Christine, his wife, of an acre and a half of arable between land late of John atte Hoo on the north and a street called Le Morestret on the south, abutting to the east upon land late of Simon le Shepherde and to the west upon the King's way from Maydenhuth to Cokham, in Cokham.
Witnesses: Alexander de Babeham, John Brid, John atte Lude, John Sewy, John Squyer, clerk.
Cokham, Sunday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist 28 Edward III.
Two seals, natural coloured wax, on doubled tag.
(1) round, 18mm. No impression remains.
(2) Only a trace of wax remains.
