Grant by Richard Hasard and Margaret, his wife, formerly wife of Henry de Elyngton, to John May, of Cokham, of a rent of 20s, which the said Margaret used to receive from all the lands and tenements of Robert de Wodemancote in Cokham.
Witnesses: John Bryd, Thomas de Hyvenden, Richard Vygerous, Roger Osebarn, John Squyer.

Two seals, round, natural coloured wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 20mm. A lion? passant. A legend.
(2) 23mm. Armorial, an eagle displayed. The shield within an elaborately cusped border.
