Quitclaim by John de Wodemancote, son of John de Wodemancote, being of full age, to Dominus John de Ledecombe, clerk, of all his right in all lands and tenements etc., which formerly belonged to Robert de Wodmancote, his great-grandfather, in the vill and demesne of Cokham.
Witnesses: Nicholas Wodewelle, William de Elynton, Richard Vigerous, John Thorne, John Hereward, Robert Mynty, Roger Oseburn.

Seal, round, 21mm, green wax, on doubled tag. In two gothic compartments two standing figures, on the left the Virgin and child, on the right ?. A legend.
