Witnesses: Thomas Gernoun, vicar of Cokham, John Turry, John May, John Louches, John Hereward.

Seal, round, 20mm, natural coloured wax, on doubled tag. Armorial, a small shield within a cusped border. A legend. (same as no. 1 of ECR 41 120).
