Quitclaim by John de Wodemancote to John Terry, of Hynden, of all his right in all lands, tenements etc, which belonged to Robert de Wodemancote, his grandfather, in Cokham.

Seal, natural coloured wax, on doubled tag, somewhat perished. Apparentlly the same as ECR 41 124 (A Cruciform device of leaves or branches).
