Grant by Robert Mynty, of Cokham, and Margaret, his wife, to John Cook, of the same, of 22d rent and five working days in autumn, to be paid yearly from that cottage, which belonged to John Towgood at le Northton and which William Ludecok and his heirs hold of the grantors; of 9d and three working days in the autumn; of 7d and one working day arising from a cottage late of Peter Blakemore, which now John Casse holds of the grantors, and 6d and one working day to be paid from a curtilage late of Simon Kereman, which now Richard Fox and Elena, his wife, hold of the grantors, in Cokham.
