Indenture of grant by Willilam Louches, of Cokham, to Thomas de Tyle of nine acres of meadow in Cokham, whereof four acres lie in le Westmede in le Longefour between a meadow of the abbot of Cirencester and a meadow of John Hereward, four acres by lot in the said meadow between a meadow of the said abbot and a meadow of John Terry, and one acre in the barony, in Cokham. To be held on condition that the grantor may re-enter the premises and expel the grantee on payment of £10 at any feast of St Michael and at no other feast.
