Grant by John Tebaud, vicar of New Wyndesore, Robert Herteleye and Roger Ganefeld to William de Aston, William Wynter, John Sabyn, clerks, Philip Holgot, Richard Odyham, Thomas Norreys, Richard Larke and Roger Dalow of all tenements, meadows, etc., which Thomas de Tyle, of Old Wyndesore, lately held by feoffment of William Newman, of Cokham, in Cokham, and which the grantors lately held by feoffment from him, whereof 4 acres of meadow lie in le Longefour between meadows of John Hereward on either hand, 4 acres of meadow by lot between a meadow of the Abbot of Cirencester and a meadow of John Terry, 1 acre of meadow at Foxhullehegge and 1 acre of meadow by lot among le Gossacres.

Three seals, red wax, on doubled tags. Armorial.
(1) Round, 27mm. Three crosses crosslet fitchee, in chief ? The shield within a cusped circle, open at the top where two bunches of flowers of leaves are looped to the top of the shield. The border broken away at left.
(2) Round, 20mm, a chevron between three shields each bearing a cross. (Only visible on the upper left one).
(3) A shield, 15 x 12mm. A fleur de lys beneath 4 roundles, in chief L R N.
