Counterpart of indenture of grant by William Hackere to Serle de Maydenhuthe and Joan, his wife, of a place between messuages of the grantee on the west and the grantor on the east, 120 ft long x 29 ft at the south and 19 ft at the north end, measured by St Paul's feet, in Maydenhuthe in the parish of Braye, for their lives. Rent 3s.
