Counterpart of indenture of grant by John Elyngton, of Maydenhuth, to Richard Blakemore, of the same, of a place in Maydenhuth, between tenements of the said Richard on the east and John on the west, 31 ft long x 4½ ft at the north and 4 ft at the south end, in Cokham. Rent a peppercorn at Christmas.
Witnesses: John le Cook, William Elyngton, John Blakemore, William Wade, Richard Horn, Robert Webbe, William Spelyng.

Seal, round, 22mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Somewhat perished round the edge. A standing figure, within a cusped border.
