Counterpart of indenture of grant by John Elyngton, of Maydenhuth, to Richard Blakemore, of the same, of a place between land of the said John and Richard, containing 21 ft in length, abutting on a kitchen of the said John, where it is 3 ft wide on the south, and on a house of the said Richard, where it is 2 ft wide on the north, in Cokham. Rent a rose at the Nativity of St John the Baptist.
