Counterpart of indenture of grant by John Elyngton, of Maydenhuth, to Richard Blakemore, of the same, of a place between land of the said John and Richard, containing 21 ft in length, abutting on a kitchen of the said John, where it is 3 ft wide on the south, and on a house of the said Richard, where it is 2 ft wide on the north, in Cokham. Rent a rose at the Nativity of St John the Baptist.
Witnesses: John le Cook, William Elyngton, John Blakemore, William Wade, Richard Horn, Robert Webbe, William Spelyng.
Maydenhuth, Monday before St Peter's Day 15 Richard II.
Seal, red wax, on doubled tag. A standing figure, within a cusped border.
