Notarial instrument testifying to the surrender by John Hornle, rector of Heccham, in the diocese of Lincoln, to John Meleward and Isabel, his wife, now deceased, of lands, which he held by grant from them, in Cokham and Bray, on condition that they should not alienate the said lands, except in the case of a failure of heirs of their bodies.
Witnesses: Edmund Warrewyk, William Skott, John Baker, Richard Newenham.
