Quitclaim by William de Elynton and Constance, his wife, of Elynton, to William Louches and Edmund Warrewyk, of Maydenhuth, of all his right in all lands etc., which formerly Serle de Maydenhuth and Joan, his wife, held by feoffment of the said William de Elynton for their lives, and in a rent of 3s 4d arising from a tenement late of William Shirreve, vicar of Braye, and which formerly William Barbour and Alice, his wife, used to pay the grantors, and in the reversion of a rent of 6s, arising from the said tenement late of William Shirreve.
Witnesses: Richard Luyde, Richard Hamptsshire, William Wade, John Silvestre, John Weldyng.

Two seals, round, 23mm, red wax, on doubled tags, the same impression. Armorial, on a quarter ?, to the side a ?mullet and in base a mullet. A cusped border. A legend.
