Grant by John Muleward, son and heir of John Muleward, of Maidenhythe, to William Hacker and Margery, his wife, Walter Skotte, chaplain, Roger atte Marche and Philip Martyn of a messuage with a garden and curtilage adjacent and a croft of land, called Lovetotes in Maydenhithe by the bridge on its eastern side, of all his lands in Cookham except three virgates, lying in a cultura called Cookhamrye, which formerly belonged to his sister Eleanor, and of the reversion of 8 acres in Cookham, which Alice lately wife of John Muleward, his father, holds for life.
