Grant by Katherine Blakemor, of Maydenhith, relict of William Lyttecok of happy memory, to William Hakker, of Maydenhith, and Agnes, his wife, of 3 acres of arable in the field called Slade in Cokham Reye, between land of William Strygot on the north and of John Sylvester on the south, and a fourth acre in the same field upon Litul Westhulle, between land late of John atte Hoo on the east and land late of Thomas Rykewale on the west, extending at one end to the north on to land late of William Poresfowel and at the other end to the south on to a cultura called le Dowfer, in Cokham, which she held by feoffment of Master John Maydenhith, Dominus Thomas Gernon, formerly vicar of Braye, and Dominus Walter Redych, chaplain.
