Quitclaim by William Multon, citizen of London, and William Hardewyk, citizen and mercer of London, to William Hakkere, of Maydenhithe, of all their right in lands etc., in Cokham, which the said William Thakkere lately held by feoffment of the said William Multon, and which lately belonged to Stephen Wade, of Bray.
Two seals, octagonal, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 17 x 13mm. The virgin standing with child. A flower growing on each side of her. An indented border. (Same as ECR 41 223 and 224).
(2) 11 x 9mm, a lion rampant.
