Grant by Thomas son of Yvo, of Ellenton, to Nicholas de Mora, in free marriage with Cecily the grantor's daughter, of a messuage in Ellenton, in Braye, between a messuage late of Robert le Hurt and a tenement of John Myles, also of 6 acres in the field of Ellynton, of which 1 acre lies in Stretfurlong near the path, which leads to Bogyndon, and extends to the King's highway, ½ acre in Sledfurlonge between land of the said Nicholas and land of Helwysa de Bogyndon, ½ acre in the cultura, one end of which extends to the King's highway and another end to Dunmedesfur next land of Roger Fraunceys on the north, ½ acre on Estyngebrokeshull between land of the said Nicholas and of Helewysa de Bogyndon, one end extending to the street of Ellenton, 1 acre on Eya cultura called Sudlongfur next land of William de Lok on the west, ½ acre in the same cultura next land of Richard de Bogyndon on the west, ½ acre in the cultura which extends on Estyngbrokesmede between land of William de Lok and Roger Fraunceys, 1½ acres together in Estelong between land of the said Nicholas and William de Lok; also of 2 acres of meadow, whereof ½ acre lies in la Fordelese next land of John Myles on the north and land of Roger le Fraunsch on the south, ½ acre next the meadow of Roger le Fraunsch on either hand, and 1 acre in Longemed; at a rent of 12d, saving the King's service, with reversion to the grantor and his heirs, except the ½ acre at Estyngebrokeshull, which he has granted to the said Nicholas in fee, not to be assigned to religious houses, for the annual service of 6d.
