Grant by Robert Bulward, citizen and brewer of London, and Margaret, his wife, to Roger Norysz, Robert Wenche and Roger Waye of all lands etc. in Cokham and Bray, which the grantors lately held by feoffment of John Babham, of Cokham, together with John Horne, deceased, [who] held them by conveyance of Robert [Webbe] and William Man, who held them by feoffment of John Wade, of Maydenhith.
