Indenture of grant by Margaret Monketon, of Maydenhith, in her pure widowhood, to Robert Austyn, citizen and wodmonger of London, of a curtilage with a garden adjacent in Maydenhith in Cokeham, viz. between a curtilage late of William Mordalle, now of Robert Blakemore, on the east and a curtilage and land late of John Austyn, now of the said Robert Austyn, on the west. Rent 12d at Michaelmas.
