Grant by Hugh Fraunce, clerk, and Thomas Coke, of Eton, to Master Henry Bost, provost of the royal college of the Blessed Mary of Eton by Wyndesore, John Sparke and Richard Kyte, clerks, Robert Manfelde and Thomas Ramsey, junior, gentilman, of all their lands etc in Maydenhith, in the parishes of Bray and Cokeham, which they lately held jointly with Richard Hopton, clerk, deceased, by feoffment of John Spencer and Agnes his wife, daughter and heir of Thomas Hakker.
Witnesses: John Berton, William Andrewe, Silvester Pekke, Richard Oldom, Thomas Dene.
