Quitclaim by William Andrewe, of Maydenhith, Jentilman, Margaret, his wife, formerly wife of John Monkedon, of Maydenhith, Jentilman, and John Isham, late groom of the stables to the Lady Elizabeth late Queen of England, to Master Henry Bost, John Sparke, Richard Kyte, clerks, Robert Manfeld and Thomas Ramsey, junior, of all their right in a rent of 16s 8d proceeding from divers tenements in Maydenhith, viz. 4s from a house adjacent to that of the said William and Margaret, 12d from a garden thereto adjacent, which house formerly belonged to William Mordall and afterwards to Robert Blakemore, 3s from a house formerly of one Austyn, now of John Joly, lying west of the house formerly of William Mordall, 16d from a house now of William Scochyn, adjacent to the house of the said John Joly, 4s from a house formerly of John Elyngton, afterwards of Isabel late wife of Laurence Cornwell, lying west of the house of the said William Scochyn, 3s 4d from a house formerly of John Spelyng, afterwards of John Fawkenoll, lying west of the house of the said John Elyngton, and 2s as a heriot from the last tenement and a reasonable relief from the same when it shall occur.

Two seals, oval, red wax, on doubled tags. A third tag bears no seal.

(2) 12 x 9mm. A saltire.
