Grant by William Andrewe, of Maydenhed, Gentilman, and Margaret, his wife, formerly wife of John Monkedon, Gentilman, to William Ketell and John Mason of their messuage called Wodemancotes in Cokeham.
Witnesses: William Babham, Richard Oldon, William Okelond, Stephen Herner, William Jenyn, Carpenter.
Cokeham.
Two seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 20mm. Armorial, a bad impression. The shield within a cusped border. A legend.
(2) 12 x 8 mm. A fleur de lys.
It appears that either this or the precending deed (ECR 41 282) is wrongly dated.
