Right hand indenture of fine, whereby William Andrewe and Margaret, his wife, formerly wife of John Monkton, and William Aleyn surrender to William Kettill and John Mason a messuage, 140 acres of arable, 20 acres of meadow, 15 acres of wood and 9 cart loads of wood yearly in le Comon of Byggesfyrth in Cokeham, for 100 marks, and 3s 4d fine to the lady of the Manor (i.e. the queen).
Before William Norreys, Knight, steward of the court, John Kynge, Richard Gill, William Norreys, Edward Smewyn, John Clerk, Thomas Turnour, Nicholas Radysshe and Richard Radysshe, suitors of the court.
