Quitclaim by John Spencer and Agnes, his wife, daughter and heir to Thomas Hakker, deceased, to Roger Lupton, provost of Eton College, and to the said college of all their right in all their lands etc. in Maydynhith in the parishes of Bray and Cokeham, called Hakkers or Hakkerslonds.
