Licence from Henry [Richard, 1st Earl] Holland, as "chiefe justice and justice in eyre of all his Majestyes forestes chaces parkes and warrenns on this side Trent", to the Provost and Fellows of Eton to fell three coppices, known as the "Colledge Coppices", containing by estimation 16 acres, in the parish of Cookeham in Stynes bailiwick in Windsor Forest.

Seal, oval, 26 x 22mm, green wax, impressed between the paper. Armorial, a chevron between three corsses crosslet. The shield surmounted by a crown and encircled by a garter, the whole over a stag's head and horns.
