Indenture between John Bayley, of Cookham, clerk, and Joseph Loveday, of Bisham, co. Berks, clerk, of one part and Thomas Hawding alias Hawten, of Stepney, co. Middlesex, ropemaker, of the other part, declaring the uses of the foregoing fine. [The premises are described as a messuage with an orchard and garden and 5 acres of arable adjoining in Cookham, in the occupation of William Hawding; and a close or parcel of meadow called the Stitch and 4½ acres of arable in Poundfield and 7 acres of arable in a field called Sutton and 10 acres in a field called Hamfield or Cookham field and a butt of meadow in Basmead, in the occupation of Robert Ray]. The messuage, orchard, garden and 5 acres adjoining for the use of Thomas Hawding alias Hawten and his heirs for ever. The residue for the use of John Bayley and his heirs for ever.
