Indenture of bargain and sale, for £14 10s by John Milliner, of Nash, farmer, to the Provost and College of a parcel of land in Nash in the lordship of Liswery and Libenith, being enclosures from the waste called Broad Street Common, containing 40 perches bounded on the north by College property called Moor Barn and on all other sides by the common. The premises were lately conveyed and assured to the grantor by the Commissioners of Woods and Forests (except the mines and minerals). An indenture of bargain and sale of 24 November, for one year, is attached.
