Admission, at a Court Baron on 2 January 1739, of William Byrd, of Caerleon, gent., only son and customary heir of Edward Byrd, gent., deceased, to a messuage with 30 acres in Christchurch called Treberth farm, and 20 acres called Windmill farm and another messuage with a forge and lands and 20 acres called Kaia Llwydon. Surrender by the same of the same for the use of William Williams, of Caerleon, gent. Admission of the latter. Fine £5:5s.
