Surrender, 23 November 1751, taken by the deputy steward, by John Peirce, of the parish of St. Andrew, Holborn, watchcasemaker, and Elizabeth, his wife, sister and customary heir of Thomas Morris, late of London, hosier, of a close of land called the Stallward otherwise Gwayn Jane Popkin, containing 19 3/4 acres, in the parish of Lanlienock, [boundaries given], for their own lives in survivorship, with remainder to Morris Peirce, their son.
