Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Richard Tredwaye, of Beaconsfilde, co. Bucks, esquire, upon surrender of his former lease, of the site of the manor of Hanginge Landforde, except all woods and trees growing on the premises. From this day for 21 years. Rent £4 2s 2d and 5 quarters 3 bushels of malt and 2 quarters 2 bushels of wheat or their money equivalent. Lodging and sustenance for two days and three nights. A terrar within two years.
