Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Francis Topp, of Combe Byssett, co. Wilts, gentleman, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the manor of Hanginge Langforde, co. Wilts, except all woods and trees growing there. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £5 19s 7d and 3 quarters 5 bushels and 1 peck of wheat and 7 quarters 2 bushels of malt or their money equivalent.
Lodgings and sustenance for two days and three nights.
