Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Charles Perkins, of Upton Court, co. Berks, esquire, adminstrator of his late brother James Perkins, esquire, who was executor named in the will of his late brother Francis Perkins, esquire, upon surrender of a lease to the said Francis, of the moiety of the manor of Hanging Langford. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rents £5 19s 7d and 263 gallons 1 quart of wheat and 522 gallons of malt or their money equivalent, for the site of the manor of Hanging Longford, and 12d and 2 gallons 1 quart of wheat and 4 gallons 2 quarts of malt or their money equivalent, for the copyhold tenement.
