Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Rev. William Moody, of Bathampton, co. wilts, clerk, upon surrender of the foregoing, and for £160, of the moiety of the manor of Hanging Langford. From Old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rents £5 19s 7d and 263 gallons 1 quart of wheat and 522 gallons of malt or their money equivalent, for the site of the manor of Hanging Longford, and 12d and 2 gallons 1 quart of wheat and 4 gallons 2 quarts of malt or their money equivalent, for the copyhold tenement, together with £9 1s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
