Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Hubbard, of Thirlby, yeoman, upon surrender of his former lease, of the rectory of Thirlby and the site of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From Michaelmas for 10 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 8 quarters of wheat and 20 quarters of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.
