Counterpart of Lease, by the Provost and College to Thomas Rawnsley, of Bourn, gentleman, and William Hardwick, of Market Deeping, gentleman, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the rectory or parsonage in Thurlby with all appurtenances or the allotments awarded in lieu therefore upon the late inclosure of the open and common fields, containing in the whole 427 acres 1 rood 25 perches. From old Michaelmas 1804 for 10 years. Rent £10 14s 8d 576 gallons of wheat and 1440 gallons of malt, and a boar or 20s, together with £18 13s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
