Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Thomas Sturton, of Holbeach, gentleman, Alfred Harrison, of the same, gentleman, the Rev William Tennant, of Castle Bytham, co. Lincoln, clerk, John Linney, late of Wansford, co. Northants, and now of South Witham, co. Lincoln, farmer and grazier, and Edward Arden, of Morton, co. Lincoln, gentleman, trustees named in a deed of settlement made by Robert Steevens Harrison, deceased, for £1000 and the surrender of the foregoing, of the rectory or parsonage in Thurlby with all appurtenances or the allotments awarded in lieu therefore upon the late inclosure of the open and common fields, containing in the whole 427 acres 1 rood 25 perches. From old Michaelmas for 10 years. Rent £10 14s 8d 576 gallons of wheat and 1440 gallons of malt, and a boar or 20s, together with £18 13s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
