Surrender by Harriet Harper, of Stamford, widow, Eleanor Thompson, of Taunton, co. Somerset, spinster, William Thompson, of Stamford, gentleman, and the Rev William Tennant, of Castle Beytham, co. Linc, to the Provost and College of the lease of the rectory or parsonage and all the appurtenances in Thurlby. Various instruments are recited by which the premises had been assigned to them.
