Indenture of bargain and sale, by Hugh Christopher, of Boston, gentleman, for 5s, to Jane Christopher, of the same, spinster, of a messuage or tenement and brewhouse, with barn, stable, outhouses, yarn, garden and orchard belonging, and 4 acres of pasture in Wiberton between the Common Sewer on the east, the Fenn way on the west, the lands of John Bryan, esquire, and the heirs of Mr John Harrison on the north and the lands of Robert Barker on the south, and 2 acres of pasture abutting on the lands of the mayor and burgesses of Boston on the east, a common high way on the west, the above mentioned 4 acres on the north and lands of the heirs of Richard Drewry on the south, and 3 acres of pasture abutting on a highway leading to the Fen on the east and a highway leading to the Fice Houses on the west, the land of Mary Drewry on the north and the King's lands on the south, and 2 acres of pasture next a high way leading to Kirton on the east, lands of the mayor and burgesses to the south and west and lands of Mr John Tharrold's heirs on the north, and 2 acres of pasture ground in Skirbeck Quarter in the parish of Skribeck next the highway on the east, the lands of the heirs of John Tilson on the west, lands of the heirs of Robert Burse on the north and lands of Mr Graves on the south, all the premises being now in the tenure of Mr William Peacock. For one year. Rent a peppercorn.
