Indenture of bargain and sale, by Jane Christopher, now residing at Gosbertown alias Gosberkirk, spinster, for 5s, to John Hollingworth, of Swineshead, gentleman, and Henry Everard, of Spalding, scrivener, of a messuage, cottage or tenement with the homestead, orchard and garden adjoining, containing 1 acre, in Wiberton, between lands belonging to the corporation of Boston on the east and other lands of the grantor on the south and west and lands now or late in the tenure of William Coney on the north, and a close of arable or pasture adjoining containing 3 acres between lands in the tenure of William Coney on the north, lands of the corporation on the east and the highway on the west, and a close of pasture containing 2 acres between lands of the grantor on the north, lands now or late in the tenure of Thomas Brampton on the south, lands of the corporation on the east and the highway on the west, and a close of pasture containing 2 acres between lands of the corporation on the west and south, the highway on the east and lands now or late in the tenure of Jacob Wade on the north, and a close of pasture containing 3 acres between lands now or late of Charles Wood, esquire, on the south, lands now or late in the tenure of Thomas Brampton on the north and the common highways on the east and west, and a close of pasture in Scirbeck Quarter containing 2 acres between lands of Mr Boultflower on the west and south and the common highways on the east and north, all which premises are now in the tenure of Thomas Hadwing.
